As, I don't live in Texas, it's quite impossible for me to contact a Texas plumber for getting the job done. However, I would like to suggest the name of George Brazil (http://www.georgebrazil.net/). I have been using their services for the last one year, and they have always left me happy. If anyone is looking for a reliable plumber in LA, then I recommended their name.
